The Disco Biscuits LIVE at LaFayette Apple Festival Grounds FAQ
Q: What safety precautions are being taken?
A: All CDC and State of New York guidelines, including travel restrictions from certain states, will be followed, and we are working closely with Onondaga County to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards.
Q: What time is the concert?
A: The venue will open at 5pm and the performance will begin at 7pm. Once the show concludes, all vehicles will be directed to exit the site. No vehicles will be permitted to stay on property and continue socializing.
Q: Does everyone in a vehicle need a ticket?
A: No. A Car Pass covers entry for your vehicle and its occupants. Occupancy is a maximum of four (4) people per vehicle. Those who do not follow this rule and show up with more than four people in a vehicle will be turned away at the gate without refund or subject to additional fees.
Q: How much do Car Passes cost?
A: GA Cars start at $199 and increase from there based on which area of the lot you choose to purchase your parking space in.
Q: How are spaces allocated?
A: Parking spaces are reserved by Tier
Q: Can I buy tickets at the show?
A: All tickets should be purchased in advance and online here.
Q: What will my modified parking space look like?
A: Each parking space is 12’ x 20’. You must remain in your spot for the duration of the event.
Q: How will I hear the show?
A: The stage will be equipped with a normal festival-style sound system, so you can enjoy the show outside your vehicle in your assigned spot. You may also enjoy the show from inside your vehicle and listen via FM.
Q: Will there be video screens?
A: Yes, there will be video screens.
Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring your own pre-cooked food and non-glass beverages.
On site cooking, including open flames, grills and BBQ pits are prohibited.
Q: Will restrooms be provided?
A: Yes, portable restrooms will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: When traveling to and from restroom facilities, guests are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Your safety is our priority and for that reason, restrooms facilities will be sanitized frequently.
Q: What are the allowed and prohibited items for this event?
A: The following items are allowed:
- Binoculars
- Non-Aerosol Bug Spray
- Blankets/Tarps
- Cameras (cameras with detachable zoom lenses are prohibited)
- Cans
- Coolers
- Food
- Lawn Chairs
- Umbrellas (small/personal size)
- Water Bottles

- Animals/Pets (service animals are permitted)
- Audio or Video Recording of any kind
- Cameras with detachable zoom lenses

Q: Where do I enter?
A: The Lafayette Apple Festival Grounds is located at 5330 Rowland Road in Lafayette, NY.
From the North
Take Rt 81 South to Tully (exit 14). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (Burger King is on your right). Turn right on Rt 80.Go 1 mile and turn right onto Tully Farms Rd. and continue to the Lafayette Apple Festival Grounds.
From the South
Take Rt 81 North to Tully (exit 14). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and go about 100 yds to the traffic light. Turn left onto Rt 80 and go 1.2 miles to Tully Farms Rd and turn right. Follow Tully Farms right to the Lafayette Apple Festival Grounds.
Each vehicle, upon arrival, will be greeted by our staff. Please have your ticket readily available to scan. We can scan your ticket through your window, so no need to interact directly with our team in most circumstances. All our staff will be wearing facemasks as well.
Q: Can I bring a large vehicle?
A: No. Buses, large trucks, box trucks, recreational vehicles, limousines and other oversized vehicles are not permitted. Reminder: Occupancy is a maximum of four (4) people per vehicle. Those who do not follow this rule and show up with more than four people in a vehicle will be turned away at the gate or subject to additional fees.
Q: Do I have to bring a vehicle, or can I walk in?
A: In order to maintain our social distancing responsibilities, all guests must arrive in a vehicle. Ride-shares and drop-offs will not be permitted.
Q: Can I roam around?
A: With the exception of an emergency situation or trips to the restrooms, guests must stay within their assigned parking space area.
Q: Can I leave in the middle of the show and come back?
A: No. Re-entry is not permitted.
Q: Are ADA spaces available?
A: Yes, please email [email protected] in advance.
Q: Can I leave my car running?
A: Cars will need to be turned off once you are parked. We suggest that you only run your engine as needed. Please be courteous to those around you.
Q: What if there is bad weather?
A: Your safety is always our first priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will make decisions as to whether or not to host the show based upon our ability to do so safely. All events are rain or shine. In the event weather hinders our ability for the show to go on, guests will be notified via email and social channels with updates.
Q: What if I have an emergency?
A: Staff will be onsite and available. If for some reason you have an emergency and need to leave, please let us know so that we can assist.
Q: Are masks required?
A: Yes. Masks are required for fans and staff, unless you are in your designated space. If you leave that space to use the restroom, you are required to wear a mask. You must utilize a mask upon arrival in order to safely communicate with ticketing and parking attendants.
Q: My battery dies while on site. Will assistance be available?
A: We will have a service available to assist if needed.
COVID-19 Warning
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending this concert. Rules are subject to change based on ever changing guidelines.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending this show you voluntarily assume all risk and liability for you and anyone in your vehicle, related to exposure to COVID-19 including travel to and from the event. Furthermore, releasing the artist, Lafayette Apple Festival Grounds, Creative Concerts and all staff, and vendors responsibility for illness.
